About the Recruitment

At Skylight, we acknowledge the importance for individuals to “think and choose their own path”.

Consulting firms generally form an organization with employees assigned to specific industries and services. However we believe that individuals has their own strength as a professional, and these groups of individuals become a company. Even during the recruiting process, we believe that individuals and companies are equal. Instead of selecting candidates as if we were superior, we focus on whether a candidate would make an appropriate coworker or not, and whether a candidate can be happy in Skylight in the medium to long term. Hiring process is not the end of the road, but just the beginning and as such it is also important for us to be able to envision that a candidate will grow and be successful in our company.

Therefore, instead of hiring people to fill certain positions, we are hiring new graduates, entry-level and experienced professionals throughout the year regardless of age, nationality or working experience. We flexibly adjust the hiring process and date with respect to the candidates. We are willing to deepen mutual understanding not only through interviews, but also through various opportunities such as work experience programs and opportunities to have a conversation with consultants.

We believe that everybody has a desire to achieve something by starting a career or changing jobs.
