Experiencing "client's success" during the first year

While studying law as a major, I was able to cultivate “logical thinking” at university. On the other hand, I was able to learn "the importance of creating things with diverse perspectives through interaction with many people.".
As a result, I decided to start my career as a consultant with what I learned at the university.

There are two main reasons why I chose Skylight: “being able to take on challenges regardless of age” and “a hands-on approach”.
On the first project after joining the company, I played an important role in launching new services.

Although there were times when I had a hard time in the early stages, I gradually increased works that I was able to handle, thanks to the good support from my supervisors and seniors in the company.

When a proposal that we gave after a great deal of consideration was approved at the management meeting, the counterpart manager expressed his gratitude and shook each other's hands.

When the new service was released, I felt a sense of accomplishment of being able to cooperate with clients, grow together, and show the results that we worked on to the world.

In my past experiences, Skylight employees have a good response in welcoming new thoughts and ideas. Me myself has supported new ideas from my other colleagues before. These ideas often led to new innovations being realized within the company.

I believe it is obviously important not only to deliver excellence for clients' growth but also to make efforts to be better version of ourselves.

After getting promoted as a manager, now I hold a position as the head of BU. Thanks to the support of customers and people around me, I can work on a wide range of projects in cooperation with colleagues and partner companies with the same aspiration.
