Making use of my past bitter experiences

How much do I take client's issues as my own?
In my 20s, I gained various experiences through going back and forth between venture companies and consulting firms.
The company went bankrupt, and sometimes it was mentally difficult for me to keep going without knowing the direction of my career.
In my 30s, I was transferred to a publishing company called Eiji Press. I learned a lot through trial and error with the members, and I started to make use of my bitter memories and experiences in the past.
Working in a partner company is directly involved in management, unlike consulting, so the key question is how much you can take the issues coming up one after another as if they were your own issues.
Also, I need to share an open and honest opinion in order to make better decisions as an organization. To achieve that, I have valued “knowing myself” as much as “knowing the other”.
Creating a culture that brings the best out of each employee
One important role of management is to prepare for the "rich soils". Although Many management is inclined to focus on "new sprouts" such as new business creation or human growth, the sprouts won't grow without soils in the first place.
Eiji Press has trustful members and they are always thinking about unique plans to "make the world a better place". What kind of soils are necessary for their proactive behaviour? No doubt the necessity of business feasibility like finance and legal, but we also try to keep in mind the importance of laughter and friendly atmosphere at work place.
I'm pleased to have opportunity to provide my prior experiences to Skylight's challenge on new business development. Also am I pleased to share information according to the request from younger members and support them at any moment.
