Lead Skylight to “global” company

Not walking on the given rails, my footprints have become the way
Since I became a consultant at Skylight, I was often assigned to many international projects. In Skylight’s projects, the distance to the clients is very close, and I could see and feel the differences of management style by country such as India and USA. I found these companies are good at management in terms of motivating employees and leading them to the right direction. I learned a lot about how to manage diverse people from different backgrounds through the projects.
Now more and more members are joining Skylight from foreign countries, and my past experience comes in handy greatly when I work with them. This is unprecedented trial for us and I hardly say everything is perfect so far, but we believe our steps become the way for next generation.
Support clients’ cross-border businesses from international bases
We established consulting subsidiary in USA (Skylight America Inc.) in 2019 and I became CEO. One of the core businesses is “cross-border” business support. I’ve met many prospective clients who seek for business expansion to foreign countries but haven’t succeeded. I see the possibilities of leading their business to success if Skylight can provide support locally and that’s why I set the company outside of Japan.
My ultimate goal is to support clients’ businesses at the whole 200 countries in the world. Having diverse team will be a strong weapon, and enable us to provide new value which Skylight hasn’t had before. I’m eager to work with passionate teammates with different mindsets and backgrounds.

2006年東京外国語大学大学院国際協力専修コース修了。JTB-CWTを経て2007年4月、スカイライト コンサルティング入社。
インド、アメリカなどの外資系クライアントや日系企業の海外案件に数多く携わる。2019年3月、スカイライト初の海外コンサルティング子会社Skylight Americaを立上げ、代表に就任。日本のクロスボーダー案件を中心にサポートする。
